To lead the development, management, and growth of FX, Structured Products, and Treasury Investment Solutions across the wealth management segment. The role is responsible for driving product strategy, revenue growth, product innovation, and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management. The position supports the bank's strategic objectives by delivering competitive treasury and investment solutions that meet client needs and enhance profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Treasury, FX, Structured Products or Capital Markets
  • Proven leadership experience managing treasury product or capital markets teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience in: -FX and derivatives products, Structured investment products and Product onboarding and implementation
  • Strong understanding of: - FX markets and treasury products, Structured products and derivatives, Interest rate and hedging solutions and product governance and regulatory expectations.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
