Job Description

ABOUT FAZWAZ

FazWaz is Thailand's leading real estate platform, operating across Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui. We're a founder-led business, reacquired and rebuilt in 2025, and we're growing fast.

At the centre of everything we do is the agent. We exist to create opportunities for the agents in our network — to give them the tools, the skills, and the environment to build exceptional careers in real estate. Training isn't a support function at FazWaz. It's the backbone of how we grow.

THE ROLE

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.

We have a large and valuable catalogue of training content, some of the best sales leaders in Thai real estate, a media company, and a podcast studio. What we need now is someone to bring it all together — organise the content, build structured training journeys, and create a genuine culture of learning across the brokerage.

You'll lead, design, and deliver the training yourself. This isn't a strategic oversight role — you'll be on the floor, running sessions, working directly with agents and senior brokerage leaders across Thailand. You'll be supported by a dedicated admin resource, our content production team, and the HR function to ensure training is well-structured and accessible.

You'll work closely with the CEO and brokerage leadership to ensure the training program is tightly connected to performance outcomes — conversion rates, deal quality, and agent development at every level.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Audit and organise our existing training catalogue into a coherent, usable library.

Design and build structured training journeys for agents at different stages — new joiners through to senior performers.

Leverage our internal senior leaders, top agents, and podcast studio to create training content that is credible, relatable, and engaging.

Create and embed a training culture — making continuous learning a normal, expected part of life at FazWaz.

Deliver training yourself, including sessions with some of the most senior agents and brokerage leaders in the business.

Track training against performance data — viewings, conversion, deal output — and use it to sharpen what you build.

Collaborate with content, HR, and leadership to ensure programs are well-produced and widely adopted.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Significant direct experience in Thailand real estate sales — you've done the job, you know the market, and senior agents will respect you for it.

A track record of building or leading training, coaching, or capability programs — ideally in a sales-driven environment.

Someone who leads from the front: you're comfortable designing the program and delivering it yourself.

Strong communicator and facilitator — you can hold a room of experienced, high-performing salespeople.

Creative thinker who can look at a large content library and senior talent pool and turn it into something structured and compelling.

Deep familiarity with the Thai real estate market and fluency in Thai strongly preferred; international candidates with direct Thailand market experience will be considered.

We welcome applications from experienced real estate sales professionals looking to transition into a role where their impact reaches further.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE TO WORK WITH

Direct access to the CEO and brokerage leadership team.

A large existing content library to build from.

In-house media company and podcast studio for content production.

A network of senior sales leaders and top agents willing to contribute.

Admin support, content team, and HR to execute alongside you.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A structured training journey exists for every agent tier within the first six months.

Training is running consistently and agents are showing up — because it's worth their time.

Measurable improvement in the performance metrics that matter: viewings, conversion, deal output.

The culture has shifted — training is something agents talk about and want, not something they tolerate.
