Position:Head of Business Customers
Location: Head Office, Bangkok, Thailand
Key Tasks: -
- Contribute to developing BC account strategy including account planning, revenue targets, service goals
- Driving Field Sales team for new business hunting, expanding existing account and Process set up for sustainability growth
- Own or provide support Sales for key high value or Strategic BC
- Coordinate with network Sales for big potential network business BC to win.
- SME growth strategy for Thailand market both Oceanfreight, Airfreight, Crossborder and VAS with profitable growth
- Expand product solution sales for Ocean Reefer,DG, Thermonet and Bulk in SME market
- Driving strategic Tradelane and work with Products to growth local Trade volume and network volume.
Qualifications Requirements: -
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years experience in Sales and Marketing from Freight Forwarders.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience local Sales Management who understand Thailand market in Eastern Economic Corridor, Thailand Industrial areas and Freezone.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
