Responsibilities
•Contribute to top management team as part of collection performance, credit underwriting and credit bureau operations
•Manage team of collection officers, credit analysts and related back-end operation staff to deliver high productivity
•Oversee day-to-day core credit operations to ensure their continuity and efficiency in terms of SLAs
•Develop collection strategy and incentive schemes for both in-housed team and OA to improve loss recovery
•Ensure that credit bureau team can fulfill operations following related regulations and guideline
•Collaborate in relevant project(s), and act as key member to drive them to meet timeline and objective
•Lead and work on key projects as per assigned by top management
Qualifications
•Master degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields
•At least 12 years of practical professional background under credit underwriting, collection strategy, credit risk management, credit bureau operations or related functions
•Robust experience in credit operation management, planning and people management
•Strong knowledge of the business model of retail credit products, process and service
•Direct working experience in start-up environment, financial service industry or Fintech company would be a strong plus
•Strong leadership, well organized, highly energetic, strong passion to drive result and work effectively to meet strict timeline
•Strong commitment to deliver superior business performance following organizational aspiration
•Good written and verbal communication skill in English
