Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's comprehensive operations in Thailand, managing teams across Business Development, Course Consulting, and Learning Advising.
- Set and ensure achievement of sales objectives by planning, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, using market insights and strategic analysis, to secure profitable growth.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient business operations.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners, reinforcing the company's standing in the market.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai, fluency in Chinese would be a huge advantage.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Thai market, with a passion for developing business strategies that drive growth.
- Proven leadership skills with the capability to manage diverse teams.
- Experience in project management with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
