We're looking for a forward-thinking Head of Customer Value Analytics to lead the evolution from traditional reporting to AI-powered, agentic analytics and decisioning.
This role is a key driver of TrueMoney (TMN) portfolio growth, leveraging data and AI to unlock business opportunities across the comprehensive money services business (MSB).
You will lead a hybrid organization of data analysts and an AI agent, building intelligent systems that transform data into scalable insights and automated decisions for revenue growth
What You'll Do
Drive Business Growth & Portfolio Impact
- Own and drive data-driven growth strategy across TMN products
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities through analytics, experimentation, and an AI model
- Translate data insights into measurable impact on revenue, growth, and efficiency
Lead AI-Driven Analytics Transformation
- Lead the shift to AI-orchestrated analytics workflows
- Build and scale automated decision engines.
- Design agentic systems, workflows, and automation frameworks that embed into daily operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead of Customer Value Analytics & Insights, measurement, and bridges data with business strategy
- Own and develop complex dashboards, performance reports, and advanced analytics (e.g., root-cause, impact, and factor analysis) of all use cases and growth domains
- Conduct a deep understanding analysis on the customer value engagement segment and engagement with turning into action
- Analyze action, e.g., campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights, leveraging AI model scoring to drive commercial value
- Define and establish robust tracking metrics and KPI frameworks to measure business performance
- Support model evaluation and validate what
- Feed insights back into model refinement and next-cycle optimization
- Maintain and optimize analytics automation engines, ensuring seamless integration with Martech platforms
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in Data / Product Analytics with experience managing large teams and driving business impact
- Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and statistics
- Solid understanding of AI/Agentic systems, automation, and workflow design
- Ability to design or work with AI agents, automation pipelines, and analytical frameworks
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business insights and storytelling
- Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, funnel & campaign analytics
- Familiar with tools like GA, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Facebook Insights
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution mindset
