Job Description

As the Head of Digital and Technology for KFC Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital future. Partnering closely with regional and global teams, you will centralize e-commerce, mar-tech, and technology investments. Your primary focus will be on leading the strategy and growth of KFC Thailand's e-commerce agenda, working closely with the marketing leadership team to execute the brand's vision. This role offers an opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships, engage with franchisees, and trial AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.

  • Lead the strategy and growth of KFC Thailand's e-commerce agenda, setting a long-term vision for omni-channel business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to execute KFC Thailand's marketing vision.
  • Align and execute the digital and technology roadmap with the Head of Product.
  • Build and foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture across cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with franchisee stakeholders to bring them on board with the digital transformation journey.
  • Identify and trial AI-powered tools to improve team efficiency and customer digital experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive ongoing prioritization and improvement across e-commerce programs.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of e-commerce and media marketers.
  • Ensure operational excellence across media, aggregators, kiosks, app/web, and loyalty platforms.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Proven team leadership with a track record of people development and high performance.
  • Previous experience in QSR, retail, or e-commerce is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in developing transformational digital or e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving top and bottom-line growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse individuals at all levels.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams.
  • A cross-cultural understanding and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A passion for digital innovation and a desire to lead digital transformation.
