The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Responsibilities

As the TH and IndoChina Marketing Lead, you will supervise all the marketing functions, provide advice and counsel for decision-making and operational/strategic planning to support the overall growth strategy, lead marketing plans, implement marketing strategies and standards, and define policies, processes, and guidelines for the Dental Solution business across the region, and implement strategic plans aligned to corporate initiatives. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by fulfilling below responsibilities to:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global and regional business directions
  • Plan and manage digital marketing efforts (website, SEO, paid ads, email, social media (LINE))
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for patient acquisition and retention
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, dental/ortho association, external vendors, agencies, and designers
  • Oversee content creation for patient education, promotions, and branding
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular business performance reviews with channel partners and key stakeholders
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare and dental industry regulations
  • Support branding and messaging consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, or clinical teams as needed

Required Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental industry
  • Regional exposure will be a plus
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Advance capability in Microsoft excel, powerpoint and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
