Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, analyses, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial governance.

Manage all core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is an advantage.

At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial operations, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Strong understanding of Thai financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial information and deliver meaningful recommendations.

Proven experience in supervising, developing, and guiding an accounting and finance team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Highly proficient in financial systems and digital tools, including ERP platforms.
