What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS to own and drive Zaapi's entire marketing engine. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be in the weeds optimizing campaigns, reviewing content performance, and steering strategy, not just delegating.
The role spans three pillars: hands-on performance marketing (50%), content strategy and optimization (30%), and partnerships, events, and community building (20%). You will manage a small team today with the mandate to build it out and lead it as we scale.
This position reports directly to the COO with a direct line to the CEO. We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instincts - someone equally comfortable in Google Ads Manager and in a brainstorm about brand positioning.

Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing (50%): Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta and other channels. Manage budgets, optimize campaigns hands-on, run A/B tests, and drive down CAC while scaling spend. You are expected to be in the ad accounts daily, not reviewing dashboards from a distance.
- Content Strategy & Optimization (30%): Oversee all content production - blog, social, video, landing pages. Review content performance data, refresh underperforming assets, and ensure content drives pipeline. You don't need to write every piece, but you steer what gets made and how it performs.
- Partnerships, Events & Community (20%): Build and manage partnerships with complementary platforms, agencies, and influencers. Plan and execute events (webinars, meetups, conferences). Grow Zaapi's community presence across target markets.
- Team Management: Manage the current marketing team and expand headcount as needed - hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, product team, agencies, and freelancers to execute campaigns and projects. You are the connective tissue between marketing and the rest of the company.
- Strategy & Reporting: Shape and own the overall marketing strategy. Produce regular performance reports, forecast pipeline contribution, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Location
Bangkok (Thong Lo) or Singapore (hybrid work arrangement).

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in SaaS marketing or growth
- Strong hands-on background in paid marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must)
- Proven experience managing and hiring marketing teams
- Exposure to and understanding of all key growth channels (paid ads, content, outbound, partnerships etc.)
- Professional-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS products to SMEs
- Familiarity with SEA markets (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines)
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Track record of scaling paid acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC
- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Thai language proficiency is a plus but not required
