Job Description

Our client is a well-known local startup FMCG, currently expanding its business. They are seeking a Head of HR to strengthen HR fundamentals, drive KPI and performance management, and prepare the organization for the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full HR loop including recruitment, talent development, performance management, C&B, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Set HR fundamentals and implement KPI frameworks to monitor and improve performance across the organization
  • Partner with the executive team to drive people strategy supporting business growth and brand expansion
  • Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key leadership and critical roles
  • Drive leadership development, talent management, and culture initiatives aligned with brand values
  • Manage HR policies, systems, and governance to ensure efficiency and labor law compliance

Qualified profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods with start up company is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing full HR functions with strong exposure to commercial organizations
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law, employee relations, and HR governance
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent on written and spoken in Thai
