Head of Human Resources Multi-site Operations

Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Governance: Full accountability for HR governance across Thailand locations (Industrial Facility, Regional Hub, and Bangkok HQ).
- Payroll & Data Integrity: Oversee payroll reconciliation for 400+ employees with zero tolerance for errors.
- Regulatory Excellence: Manage end-to-end Thai labor law compliance, as well as Visa and Work Permit requirements for foreign directors and staff.
- Manpower & Performance: Drive recruitment for an operational workforce and enforce rigorous performance management systems.
- Strategic Buffer: Act as a diplomatic advisor to senior leadership, pushing back respectfully when necessary and bringing solutions to the table.
- Independent Ownership: Operate with high autonomy once trust and systems are established.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience within Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, or Operational sectors.
- Proven experience leading an HR team in a complex operational environment
- Full bilingual proficiency in Thai and English is mandatory.
- Proven ability to thrive in founder-led, high-pressure environments where communication is direct and standards are elite.
