Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Influencer Marketing & Operations (KOLLAB) to lead and oversee the overall operations of KOLLAB, covering both Business Development and Campaign Management. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term business scalability.
What You Will Handle
- Define and drive the overall operational strategy for KOLLAB, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives across Business Development and Campaign Management functions.
- Own and manage the full P&L (Profit & Loss), including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability optimization.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop team leads and managers to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape business strategies, product direction, and long-term growth initiatives.
What You Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Proven track record of contributing to business growth and operational performance (P&L exposure is a plus)
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in building or improving operational processes and workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
