Key Role:
Head of Logistics Support & Transformation leads a multi‑functional team responsible for strengthening BJC Big C logistic operations, network and strategies. This role works closely with internal BJC/Big C business units and newly formed logistics Joint Venture (JV) to ensure that strategies and directions are executed as planned; delivering scalable, efficient and digitally enabled solutions to drive business growths.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute strategic directions across logistics income, transformation projects and asset management.
- Lead logistics transformation roadmap; driving process optimization, digitalization, automation, and cost‑to‑serve reduction.
- Oversee logistics income governance; ensuring accurate billing, service charge optimization, improved financial contribution from DC operations and new income opportunity generation plan.
- Direct logistics transformation team; including project management, analytics, cost analysis, performance tracking, and SOP documentation development.
- Develop long‑term network strategy, covering DC expansion, capacity planning, transportation optimization, and infrastructure & automation evolution. This includes facility & key equipment management in network.
- Oversee end‑to‑end returnable asset operations; including asset lifecycle, tracking, recovery, and loss control.
- Build and coach high‑performing teams across all logistics support & transformation functions, promoting capability development and operational excellence.
- Partner cross‑functionally with related Business Units in BJC Big C Operations, Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to align logistics solutions with business objective and transformation plan.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, or distribution management.
- Proven leadership in transformation, Logistics and DC operations, network development, and multi-tier
- team management.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
