Job Description

Our client is a leading international service company providing outsourced operational and business support solutions across multiple industries. The organisation operates across Thailand and the region, supporting multinational and regional clients through nationwide operations, workforce management, and field execution services.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead nationwide operations and drive operational excellence across Thailand. The role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, team management, client relationships, and business growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee nationwide operational activities to achieve business objectives and service standards
  • Manage operational teams, workforce planning, and overall productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and execution efficiency
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, profitability, and cost control initiatives
  • Develop operational strategies and implementation plans aligned with company goals
  • Analyse operational performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification would be an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership position
  • Strong background in operations management, service delivery, or commercial operations
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or franchise businesses would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and multiple business functions
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
