Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across apparel and leather goods production, ensuring alignment with business growth strategy, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Drive production strategy and capacity planning to support multi-brand business requirements, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
- Own production performance including output, efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery, ensuring alignment with company targets and commercial objectives.
- Oversee full production lifecycle from technical development, sampling, and pre-production to bulk manufacturing and final delivery.
- Ensure product quality excellence by enforcing strict quality control standards and continuous improvement across all production stages.
- Optimize cost structure through effective resource planning, cost-down initiatives, and productivity enhancement across manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Act as key cross-functional leader partnering with Design, Merchandising, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product-to-market execution.
- Strengthen supplier and material sourcing coordination to ensure production readiness, quality consistency, and lead time reliability.
- Establish and enforce operational processes, production standards, and performance KPIs to drive manufacturing excellence and consistency.
- Oversee factory operations including machinery utilization, maintenance planning, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization, lean manufacturing practices, and digital/ERP integration.
- Lead, develop, and build high-performance production teams including technicians, pattern makers, and line leaders to support long-term organizational capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Fashion, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in apparel or leather goods manufacturing, with strong leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end production operations in factory environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in: Garment construction and sewing techniques, Pattern making and product development, Production machinery and workflow optimization
- Experience in multi-product or multi-brand manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production planning, cost control, and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Strong leadership capability with ability to manage large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex production timelines.
