Our Partner is a leading financial services firm with a long-standing presence in Thailand. They are seeking a senior professional to establish and scale their wealth products, with a strong track record in client acquisition.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive overall Relationship Management strategy for wealth products (to achieve AUM and revenue targets
- Manage and develop a team of RM to ensure strong client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth
- Collaborate with Product, Investment, and Compliance teams to ensure best-in-class wealth solutions aligned with client needs
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across investment, bancassurance, and other wealth products
- Monitor team performance through KPIs (AUM growth, revenue, client penetration, productivity per RM)
- Build strong relationships with key clients and act as a trusted advisor for top-tier portfolios
- Ensure all activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and risk controls
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to adjust commercial strategy proactively
- Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning within RM team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years experience in Wealth Management
- Proven track record managing RM teams and delivering strong AUM & revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of wealth products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, insurance, discretionary portfolio)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to drive performance and culture
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategy, and portfolio advisory
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEC, BOT, compliance standards)
- Open to candidates with experience handling retail or corporate client portfolios.
- Team Management at least 5-10 members
- Fluent in Thai and practical in English
