Head of True Visions Now Department
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic leader to drive the growth of True Visions NOW, with the goal of achieving 1 million subscribers. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to stay ahead of competitors in the OTT market, introduce fresh ideas to enhance user experience, manage the P&L, and increase revenue while maintaining strong EBITDA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the OTT market landscape in Thailand, including competitors, customer behaviors, and industry trends, to create and execute a strategic plan.
- Stay up-to-date on business trends, new technologies, and consumer preferences to drive subscriber growth.
- Inspire and challenge your team to develop innovative ideas and new business models that help achieve financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to launch new projects and sustain business opportunities.
- Advise senior management on potential partnerships with global players to foster business growth and enhance competitiveness in the Thai market.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Marketing, General Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the OTT business.
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Broadcast Developer.
- 5+ years of experience in TV/Movie/Music on Demand, OTT/Streaming platforms, or digital interactive services.
- Strong communication and business writing skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for innovation and the ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
