Hotel Revenue Support

Are you a numbers enthusiast with a passion for the hospitality industry We are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Support to join our growing team and help us optimize performance for our portfolio of premium properties.

As a Hotel Revenue Support, you will play a vital role in executing pricing strategies and managing distribution channels. You will work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure our listings—ranging from boutique clusters to luxury pool villas—are positioned perfectly to maximize growth and occupancy.

• Inventory & Rate Management: Update and maintain daily rates and availability across all major OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing market trends, competitor pricing (Compset), and historical performance data.
• Promotion Execution: Implement seasonal promotions and Flash Sales across digital platforms to drive bookings.
• Content Audit: Ensure property information, images, and policies are accurate and reflect our high brand standards on all distribution channels.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports to track KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Experience: 1–2 years in Hotel Reservations, Front Office, or Revenue Support (New grads with a strong analytical mindset are welcome).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with OTA Extranets and Channel Managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy in pricing and inventory management.
• Communication: Fluent in Thai with a good command of English (especially for written correspondence and OTA platforms).
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
