Position: HR Business Partner Manager
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities: -
- Builds strong partnerships with business unit to align business objectives with people strategies that enhance productivity, morale, and organizational growth.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession management to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness.
- Maintains a clear understanding of the business unit's strategy, culture, and key drivers to align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Develops and ensures consistent implementation of Talent Management programs, tools, and processes to identify, engage, and retain key talent across levels.
- Participates in Executive and Employee Development Reviews and career dialogues with business leaders to guide capability development and career progression.
- Aligns leadership and employee development initiatives with business needs, implementing targeted learning and coaching programs and following up to measure effectiveness.
- Develops and implements HR plans and policies that foster a high-performance culture, promote engagement, and strengthen retention.
- Maintains effective partnerships across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, etc.) to deliver integrated, value-added services that support business transformation.
- Facilitation and resolution of employee relation issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Continuously reviews, improves, and adapts HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyzes HR trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies that address workforce challenges and future business needs.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR management, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in human resources management with hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Advisor.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperate with various levels of management and associates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong Leadership skills.
