Job Description

  • Partner with senior leaders (up to C-level) to diagnose people challenges and co-create solutions in areas like org design, talent planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Drive end-to-end talent processes: succession planning, high-potential identification, promotions, and critical hires.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and change management with empathy and compliance.
  • Translate company-wide HR programs (e.g., compensation, engagement, DEI) into actionable plans for the business.
  • Monitor people metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity) and provide insights to improve team health and productivity.
  • Champion Lazada's culture and values in daily decisions and behaviors across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • 68+ years in HR, with at least 4+ years as an HRBP in a multinational, high-growth tech, e-commerce, or digital company
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong track record in talent strategy, org design, and performance transformation
