Act as the primary HR point of contact for HODs and Line Managers across multiple regions, providing consultation on people management, team dynamics, and performance issues.
Analyze team structures and workload distribution to identify manpower gaps and validate headcount requirements with HODs.
Proactively identify people-related risks in each region (e.g., turnover, engagement issues) and propose solutions to the Regional HR Manager.
Partner with HODs to define clear Success Profiles, Job Descriptions, and Competencies for open roles to ensure targeted recruitment.
Participate in final interview rounds for key regional positions to assess candidates on Culture Fit and values alignment.
Oversee the post-hiring journey, ensuring a structured onboarding process and managing probation reviews to maximize retention.
Collaborate with HODs to identify technical and soft skill gaps within their teams (Training Needs Analysis).
Source and coordinate with external vendors or internal trainers to deliver regional learning programs and monitor their effectiveness.
Drive company culture and engagement initiatives to ensure remote teams feel connected to HQ.
Support HODs in executing the performance review cycle (KPI setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews) to ensure consistency across borders.
Consolidate and analyze HR data from all regions (e.g., Headcount, Turnover, Retention) to prepare insightful reports for management.
Advise managers on general HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor practices in coordination with legal vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Thai, Chinese, and English (Required).
