Your Contribution

You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR operations, ensuring an excellent employee experience through payroll, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment, and HR services support.

  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide HR services support, maintain employee data, prepare reports, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive HR process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and prepare employee resources such as IT equipment, uniforms, and workplace arrangements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, procedures, and work instructions in alignment with company standards and business needs.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, company activities, and other HR projects as assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Services, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, welfare & benefits management, and Thai labor law.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Thai.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the organization.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd. – Bangchan industrial estate, Bangkok.
