Job Description

Employee services

  • Manage the employee services i.e. transportation, pool car, executive car, uniform, canteen, locker, stationeries, janitorials services and office seating to meet the standard requiriements and cost effectiveness.
  • Responsible for labour relationship, relationships between employee and community relations.
  • Coordinate and the secretary of welfare and written report
  • Contact with the government and provide information as requested by the agency
  • Contact costs in the office and written report
  • The inventory management and disbursement and expense reports. The inventory management and disbursement.
  • Control documentation for disbursement and expenses and written report
  • Reservation hotel, restaurant, airline ticket and other service for customers or visitors
  • Contact with customer and technicians that sent by the parent company
  • Prepare apartment for executive and care about all costs
  • Prepare party for executive and contact with accounting
  • Care about the welfare cafeteria, rest areas and reception area
  • Provide other administrative support when required
  • Administrative infrastructure of the company i.e. meeting room, pantry, restroom, garden etc.
  • Supervision about maid, gardener and executive drivers
  • Other assigned work from immediate management team
  • Issue Visa and work permit

Employee Engagement & Training

  • Is EE referent for the site and interfaces with BG & Group
  • Coordinates the building of the deployment plan with roadmaps leaders to propose annual action plans
  • Facilitates EE committee meetings on progresses
  • Updates the tools to pilot and follows-up the EE axe progress towards the budget
  • Support managers on de EE Best Practices deployment
  • Ensures the compliance of the EE axe of the Self Assessment
  • Supports Site EE Communication Leader and Site HR Manager in the preparation of the 5 Axes committee on site
  • Actively contributes to the V5000 audit
  • Gives supports to your supervisory/ Manager according to the needs
  • Deploy the learning & development programs as group orientation and business needs.
  • ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 responsibilities
  • Follow compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 including quality system
  • Save nature resources , energy and paper & Obey the EHS laws and related requirements
  • Follow the company policy as well as joining or supporting the activities of the company such as ISO, 5S., Kaizen etc
