Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job description creation, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding preparation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, plan hiring timelines, and ensure staffing is aligned with business requirements.
Liaise with third-party payroll vendors and ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs, employee data maintenance, and statutory filings.
Handle new employee registrations including social security, tax ID, and other statutory or local regulatory requirements.
Support HR compliance activities including maintaining employee records, monitoring labor law updates, ensuring company policies meet local regulations, and preparing HR documentation for audit or inspection.
Assist in planning and executing training programs, employee development activities, HR initiatives, and corporate culture projects.
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation follow-up, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and provide general HR support as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and working with external payroll or HR vendors.
Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws, local HR compliance, social security, and statutory regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple departments and external partners.
Good organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and detail-oriented working style.
