Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job description creation, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding preparation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, plan hiring timelines, and ensure staffing is aligned with business requirements.
  • Liaise with third-party payroll vendors and ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs, employee data maintenance, and statutory filings.
  • Handle new employee registrations including social security, tax ID, and other statutory or local regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR compliance activities including maintaining employee records, monitoring labor law updates, ensuring company policies meet local regulations, and preparing HR documentation for audit or inspection.
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs, employee development activities, HR initiatives, and corporate culture projects.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation follow-up, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and provide general HR support as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and working with external payroll or HR vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws, local HR compliance, social security, and statutory regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple departments and external partners.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and detail-oriented working style.
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
