HR Intern - Employee Engagement, Internal Communication & Events
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, HR
events, and people experience initiatives.
This role will assist in creating communication materials, coordinating activities and vendors, tracking participation and
feedback, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth execution of employee programs across locations.
The intern will play an important role in helping HR deliver engaging, well-organized, and impactful employee initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Internal Communication Support
- Draft invitation emails, launch messages, reminders, and attendance confirmation emails for HR programs and activities
- Prepare employee-facing announcements for events, surveys, training, and special initiatives
- Adapt communication content for different target groups such as all employees, leaders, managers, or selected functions
- Support creation of communication artwork, simple visuals, and content layout for internal campaigns
2) Survey, Feedback, and Insight Support
- Help create needs analysis surveys to understand employee learning interests and engagement preferences
- Collect, organize, and summarize survey results, participation data, and employee feedback
- Identify key themes, trends, comments, and improvement points from survey and event results
- Support HR in turning feedback into practical recommendations for future activities, communication, format, or timing
3) Reporting and Tracking Support
- Track attendance, completion, participation, and no-show trends for HR activities
- Compile post-event and post-session satisfaction results, comments, and qualitative feedback
- Maintain organized participation records and simple dashboards or trackers
- Prepare summary reports and visual recaps for HR review
4) Vendor and Coordination Support
- Research and compare potential vendors, facilitators, trainers, and event partners
- Assist in preparing vendor briefs, including event objectives, audience, timing, and expected outcomes
- Support coordination with vendors on scheduling, materials, logistics, and final arrangements
- Collect post-activity feedback to support vendor performance review
5) Budget and Administrative Support
- Track actual spending against approved budget
- Support payment follow-up, documentation collection, and finance coordination
- Maintain organized files for invoices, quotations, vendor documents, and event records
6) Employee Engagement and Activity Support
- Support design and coordination of employee engagement initiatives such as wellness activities, employee clubs, festive
celebrations, and community events
- Assist in planning activities such as Bliss Break, themed office events, and special celebration programs
- Help drive participation through communication, reminders, sign-up tracking, and attendance encouragement
- Coordinate logistics including venue, set-up, food, materials, timing, and participant flow
- Collect event feedback and support improvement recommendations for future engagement plans
7) Internal Event and HR Project Support
- Support planning and execution of HR events, open days, employee experience activities, and internal campaigns
- Draft simple MC scripts, event flow notes, and speaking scripts where needed
- Prepare event materials such as posters, signage, slides, booth content, props, and registration materials
- Support stakeholder coordination with HR, office admin, vendors, speakers, and other internal teams
- Assist with event-day execution including registration, crowd flow, timing, issue handling, and general coordination
- Prepare post-event recap materials, highlights, and participation summaries
8) Employer Branding and Content Support
- Draft employee stories, spotlight content, and learning or engagement highlights
- Support internal branding and LinkedIn-style content to showcase culture, development, and employee experience
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and key messages for office visits or external showcases
9) Cross-Site and Special Project Support
- Support coordination of selected HR activities across multiple locations when needed such as Phuket, Chiang Mai and
Siem Reap
- Help adapt communication and logistics to suit different office needs
- Create one-pagers, infographics, and visual summaries for HR concepts, activities, or survey results
- Support other ad hoc HR and employee experience projects as assigned
Skill Requirements
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Able to use Canva or similar tools for simple posters, visuals, or one-pagers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to coordinate and follow up with different people
- Willing to learn and support both planning work and event-day execution
- Interested in HR, employee engagement, communication, or event coordination
Qualification
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications,
Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
- Be able to complete the internship at least 2 months
- Previous internship, campus activity, event organizing, or communication content experience is a plus
- Interest in HR, employee engagement, employer branding, internal communication, or event management
