- Design tailored tour journeys for different audiences
- Manage end-to-end tour operations
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze and report post-visit insights
Community, Activities & Events
- Execute engagement activities and events
- Use insights to enhance participation and retention
- Create engaging content
- Support additional business tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, technology, or future living concepts
- Experience in customer engagement, events, visitor experience, or group coordination preferred
- Understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and customer journey principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai & English)
- Strong storytelling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end visitor journeys and multitask in dynamic environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools; able to leverage AI and data for insights
- Experience with VIP guests, international delegations, or guided tours is a plus
- Outgoing, service-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
