Job Description



  • Manage overall in HR role.
  • Assist the HR Director to set HRM/HRD strategy and execution plan serve with company expansion and fast moving business ensuring the expected competency level of associates meet the business requirements and trends.
  • Well rounded in all aspects of HRD function: able to translate HRD policies and strategies into implementation such as training & development programs, career development plan, talent management & succession plans.
  • Drive core HR programs (Performance & Development Appraisal), Balanced Scorecard & KPI, OD, Competency-gap analysis, excellent performing culture, etc.)
  • Analyze and summarize all information, make report and presentation to the HR Director.
  • Analyst problem and propose the proper solutions in terms of HRM/HRD function.
  • Create and execute ER plan, and CSR & recreation activities.
  • Supervise and coach colleague as a team leader

  • Thai Nationality, aged over 30 yrs.
  • Strong in computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • At least Bachelors degree in OD, HRD, Industrial Psychology or related fields.
  • Minimum 7-10 years direct working experience in HRM & HRD as management level
  • Good knowledge in local employment law and statutory compliance
  • Good problem solving and decision making skill
  • Strong leadership ,proactive, solutions-thinking and innovative approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill Remark
  • Have knowledge of Real Estate would be an advantage
