- Manage overall in HR role.
- Assist the HR Director to set HRM/HRD strategy and execution plan serve with company expansion and fast moving business ensuring the expected competency level of associates meet the business requirements and trends.
- Well rounded in all aspects of HRD function: able to translate HRD policies and strategies into implementation such as training & development programs, career development plan, talent management & succession plans.
- Drive core HR programs (Performance & Development Appraisal), Balanced Scorecard & KPI, OD, Competency-gap analysis, excellent performing culture, etc.)
- Analyze and summarize all information, make report and presentation to the HR Director.
- Analyst problem and propose the proper solutions in terms of HRM/HRD function.
- Create and execute ER plan, and CSR & recreation activities.
- Supervise and coach colleague as a team leader

- Thai Nationality, aged over 30 yrs.
- Strong in computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
- At least Bachelors degree in OD, HRD, Industrial Psychology or related fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years direct working experience in HRM & HRD as management level
- Good knowledge in local employment law and statutory compliance
- Good problem solving and decision making skill
- Strong leadership ,proactive, solutions-thinking and innovative approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill Remark
- Have knowledge of Real Estate would be an advantage
