HR Manager
Location: Nakhon Sawan, Thailand · Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions at our Nakhon Sawan manufacturing plant. Reporting to the HRDirector and functionally to the Regional HR Head, you will serve as a strategic business partner and drive HR excellence across talent, culture, compliance, and employee relations.
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives; advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and people development.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles (blue-collar to managerial); build local talent pipelines and deliver effective onboarding programs.
- Foster a positive working environment; manage employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Oversee payroll, C&B administration, and annual salary review cycles; ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across all job levels.
- Identify training needs, develop L&D plans, and implement skill-building programs aligned to operational and leadership development goals.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law, social security, and company policies; maintain accurate employee records and manage all statutory reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong Thai language skills required; good command of English for reporting and communication with regional teams
