Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Partner, HR & Operations,to provide administrative and coordination support to the Thailand team.
This role will support day-to-day HR and operations activities, ensure smooth internal coordination, assist with compliance-related documentation, and contribute to positive employee experience.
The position is suitable for a junior candidate who is eager to learn and grow within HR and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Operations Administration
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR & Operations team
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records (both physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing standard HR and operational documents, forms, and internal files
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
2. Coordination & Internal Support
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial) to support smooth communication and workflow
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external coordination related to administrative matters
3. Compliance & External Coordination Support
- Assist in preparing monthly operational and compliance-related reports (e.g. DOE monthly report submissions under guidance and review
- Prepare and manage documentation for coordination with external parties such as vendors, and relevant authorities
- Maintain organized records to support compliance, audit, and internal reference
4. Employee Engagement & Office Support
- Support internal employee engagement activities, such as monthly birthday celebrations, internal events, and team communications
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure engagement activities are organized smoothly
- Support basic office operations, including coordinating with vendors and handling operational requests
5. Other Duties
- Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, and presentations for team and management reference
- Perform other administrative, coordination, or support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or office support roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within HR & Operations
