About the Role
This role supports the HR team in day-to-day operations, including employee administration, documentation, and coordination of internal activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation with timely and accurate data
- Assist in organizing company events, internal activities, and meetings
- Support employee benefits administration and record updates
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic reporting)
- Some exposure to employee engagement or internal events is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
