About the Role

This role supports the HR team in day-to-day operations, including employee administration, documentation, and coordination of internal activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll preparation with timely and accurate data
  • Assist in organizing company events, internal activities, and meetings
  • Support employee benefits administration and record updates
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic reporting)
  • Some exposure to employee engagement or internal events is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
