Position Overview:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing key HR
functions to support the companys strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing HR policies and processes, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
2. Process company payroll accurately and on time
3. Oversee recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling
4. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
5. Administer employee benefits and compensation packages
6. Conduct and manage employee performance evaluations
7. Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
9. Assess training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs
10. Prepare and present HR-related reports to management
11. Manage employee separation processes
12. Liaise with government bodies on HR-related matters
13. Handle additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Required language(s): English, Thai, Mandarin (plus)
2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Budget: THB 60k
