We are looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function for our operations in Thailand while providing strategic and operational support across APAC, including teams in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Based in our Lakrabang office, you will take full ownership of HR responsibilities for both corporate and manufacturing teams in Thailand, while working in close collaboration with the regional HR leadership to support the broader Southeast Asia organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments, enjoys both strategic work and hands-on execution, and is passionate about making an impact through people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR business partner to local leadership and provide support across regional operations in Southeast Asia.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline development aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction to onboarding, while building strong internal and external talent pools.
• Drive talent management and succession planning, ensuring initiatives are followed through effectively.
• Assess and implement training and development plans, supporting continuous learning across functions and levels.
• Facilitate the HR annual cycle (performance reviews, compensation, engagement surveys, and related action planning).
• Address employee concerns with empathy, ensuring open communication and a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll in Thailand, hire-to-retire processes, daily HR admin, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support HR alignment and coordination across APAC, helping to unify policies and share best practices.
• Provide coaching and support for managers in soft skills, internal communication, and change management.
• Lead and develop a small HR team: one HRBP in Kabinburi and one HR Assistant in Lakrabang.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of Thailand labor law and HR practices.
• Experience in supporting multiple countries across Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing or plant-based environments is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and collaborative, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in HR systems, tools, and payroll processes.
