Position Purpose
The HR Manager will lead end-to-end human resource management while driving process transformation, digitalization, and AI adoption across HR functions. This role ensures HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business strategy, enhancing employee experience and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. HR Operations & Business Partnering
- Oversee core HRM & Compensation and Benefit functions
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership teams in term of Overall HR Policy, Compensation & Benefit that support Employee retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
2. Compensation & Benefit process Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Payroll process redesign to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Identify bottlenecks and implement lean / automation-driven solutions
- Standardize HR workflows and implement best practices across departments
- Manage HR transformation projects (e.g., shared services, process re-engineering)
3. AI & HR Technology Enablement
- Drive adoption of AI tools and HR technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS, chatbot, workforce analytics tools)
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI in:
- PR of HR Policy, Activities, Compensation & Benefit related matters
- Employee engagement (chatbots, sentiment analysis)
- Partner with IT/Data teams to implement and optimize HR systems
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in HR processes
4. Data Analytics & Insights
- Develop HR dashboards and KPIs (HR Budget, People cost & ROI, turnover, Engagement, etc.)
- Use data insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Present HR analytics and trends to senior management
5. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design initiatives to enhance employee journey (hire-to-retire)
- Lead engagement surveys and action planning
- Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
6. Change Management & Capability Building
- Lead change management initiatives related to digital and process transformation
- Upskill HR team and employees on new tools, systems, and AI usage
- Foster a future-ready HR mindset within the organization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Age 35 – 42 / > 10 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR transformation or digital projects
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale HR transformation or change management programmes in organisations with 500+ employees.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Full loop) and best practices
- Experience with HRIS or analytics tools
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI in HR is a strong advantage
