HSE Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Thai regulatory laws.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks, and risk assessments, identifying unsafe conditions and recommending corrective actions.
3. Monitor subcontractor HSE performance to ensure alignment with project safety rules and environmental standards.
4. Assist in accident/incident investigations, collect evidence, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
5. Support emergency response preparedness, including drills, equipment checks, and documentation.
6. Provide HSE training and toolbox talks for site personnel, and support HR in coordinating mandatory HSE training requirements.
7. Prepare and update HSE documentation, including JSA, risk assessments, permits-to-work, and safety plans.
8. Assist in internal and external HSE audits, track findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate with Project Managers, HSE Manager, and Client HSE teams to ensure consistent communication and reporting.
10. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports for submission to HSE Manager and project stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required.
3. Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industries (wind energy experience is an advantage).
4. Good understanding of Thai HSE regulations, risk assessment practices, and emergency response procedures.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors.
6. Good command of English in both written and spoken communication is preferred.
7. Proactive, responsible, and safety-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
