Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and oversee HSE activities across multiple projects, including subcontractor performance, to ensure consistent safety and environmental practices.
Manage project HSE teams, conduct inspections, and lead risk prevention activities, including emergency response planning and readiness.
Lead accident/incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Define Thailand-specific HSE training requirements and support HR in developing and delivering compliant training programs.
Conduct internal and external audits, monitor HSE performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate HSE meetings and maintain strong collaboration with project managers, Country management, Asia HSE team, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate project HSE reports for submission to Country Head and Asia HSE.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 810 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Thai HSE regulations and international HSE standards.
Advance Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required; NEBOSH and ISO 45001/18001/14001 certifications are preferred.
Proven leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to HSE practices in the wind energy sector.
Native Thai speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
