JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR support
- Drive key HR initiatives including workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and people management
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Lead and implement HR projects aligned with business strategy
- Collaboration with HR functions (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, with experience as an HRBP or similar role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in organizational development or change management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics
- Experience working in multinational or tech environment
