We're hiring: HRIS Manager
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall HRIS system performance to ensure alignment with HR policy and compliance with Thai regulations
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance system functionality and integrations (e.g., ERP, accounting)
- Lead implementation and expansion of HRIS modules including workforce data, e-attendance, e-leave, payroll, and employee self-service
- Manage data migration, verify data accuracy, and ensure seamless system transitions from legacy platforms (e.g., Oracle)
- Analyze HR workflows and coordinate reporting needs for stakeholders (e.g., IT, Accounting, Management)
- Define post-go-live support structures, manage ticketing processes, and prioritize system issues with long/short-term solutions
- Ensure data privacy compliance and readiness for external audits
- Train HR teams and users on system usage and changes
- Lead and develop the HRIS team to support operational efficiency and business growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with proven experience in implementation and system integration
- Solid understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, Thai labor laws, and data privacy regulations
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise systems)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Experience in retail or multi-site business is a plus
