Position Overview

The Human Resources & Admin Supervisor oversees all Human Resources and administrative processes, ensuring effective management and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role upholds organizational integrity by implementing Human Resources procedures and supporting global Human Resources initiatives. This role manages equipment and facilities, reception, property safety and maintenance, cleaning, and directing calls. This role also oversees daily operations and ensures the implementation and follow-up of new administrative projects. Additionally, the this role supports travel arrangements, including VISA, tickets, and accommodation, and performs other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned. Beyond core Human Resources and administrative responsibilities, the Human Resources & Admin Supervisor fosters a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This role leverages strong interpersonal skills to support employee relations and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals
  • Analyzes workforce needs and plans for future staffing requirements
  • Manages the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Designs and administers competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate and retain employees
  • Coordinates and supports the performance review process ensuring all employees and managers understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Addresses employee concerns, mediates conflicts, and fosters a positive work environment to maintain high employee morale and productivity
  • Identifies training needs, designs and delivers training programs, and supports employee development to enhance skills and career growth
  • Develops and implements Human Resources procedures, ensuring all documents are up to date and legally compliant
  • Oversees daily office operations including facilities management, equipment maintenance, reception services, property safety, and general office upkeep
  • Manages incoming calls, directs inquiries to appropriate personnel, and provides a professional welcome to visitors
  • Manages daily operations and oversees the implementation and follow-up of new administrative projects
  • Supports travel arrangements, including VISA documentation, tickets, and accommodations
  • Performs other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned

Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, English, or Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative or related roles
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of Thai regulatory and legal requirements
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and friendliness

Location

Bangkok, Thailand

Compensation

Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. Expected salary range is 40,000-55,000 TBH/month.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Standard office environment. Significant computer work should be expected.
