Senior HR Business Partner (IT Company)

A multinational IT company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Thailand operation.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, talent management, employee relations, and core HR operations in a dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and people priorities
- Act as an independent and credible HR leader, able to advise stakeholders proactively on people strategies, organizational plans, and business decisions
- Provide sound judgment and constructive challenge to leadership when needed, rather than only executing direction
- Support organization development, employee engagement, and change initiatives
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance processes
- Advise managers on employee relations and HR compliance matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations
- Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to implement broader HR initiatives
Qualifications
- Confident working independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping shape the people agenda of the business.
- Around 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong HR Business Partner experience in a multinational or fast-paced organization
- Prior background in an IT, software, or technology-related business is highly preferred
- Good understanding of talent acquisition in IT-driven environments, with exposure to hiring technical talent
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
- Able to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
