Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations, manages employee records, and assists with recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate ensures administrative processes run smoothly while maintaining high confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews and update recruitment status
- Prepare new hire kits, conduct orientations, and process exit paperwork.
- Support and update HR procedure, employee handbook in the system.
- Coordinate internal audit and 3rd parties audit, in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations and engagement activities, answer policy questions and assist in organizing company events.
- Coordinate training, organize team-building events, schedule training classes, and order learning materials.
- Keep records of tests, classes, and employee progress.
- Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities, such as recruitment metrics, training attendance.
- Operate the audio system and digital signage for daily announcements to boost team spirit, share company news updates.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Labor law, HR administration and people management.
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS software.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Tech Skills: Use software like Excel, PowerPoint, or HR systems to track data.
