Job Title - HR Associate

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary - upto 30k per month

Experience - 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete employee lifecycle.
• Collect and verify attendance data, process payroll, maintain leave records, ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Address employee queries related to policies and assist in grievance resolution.
• Maintain HR records, assist in audits and manage employee documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in HR functions like recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
