Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-paced gaming business. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and possesses excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Support performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and people management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects, organizational change initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Support learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or related HR role.
  • Experience supporting technology, gaming, digital, IT, or startup environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
