Job Description

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Pathumwan, Bangkok, and will play a crucial role in shaping our company's employee relations strategies and driving HR initiatives that support our overall business objectives.

Job Description :

  1. Developing and implementing effective employee relations policies and practices that foster a positive and productive work environment
  2. Providing strategic HR business partnering support to senior leaders, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to address complex organizational challenges
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver HR programs, such as performance management, learning and development, and talent management
  4. Fostering positive employee engagement and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration
  5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and proactively addressing any employee-related issues or disputes
  6. Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team to enhance their capabilities and drive continuous improvement

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Experience (8+ years) in employee relations and HR business partnering roles, preferably within a large, complex organization
  3. Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations
  4. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs that drive organizational performance
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both employees and stakeholders
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  7. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR analytics to inform strategic decisions
  8. Collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
