Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to analyze current workforce status, participate in organizational design and HC planning, and efficiently manage talent acquisition through diverse recruitment channels.

• Deeply understand business logic and team operations to facilitate the effective implementation of HR strategies within business units, thereby supporting the achievement of business goals.

• Lead the development and optimization of business teams, design talent development plans aligned with employee growth paths, and ensure the orderly implementation of talent development initiatives.

• Identify issues within organizational and team operations, apply professional HR methodologies and tools to deliver integrated solutions covering recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and drive their execution.

• Foster a positive organizational culture and team atmosphere, supporting the effective transmission and embedding of company values during periods of rapid growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.

• Prior experience as an HRBP in the retail industry is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in English and Thai as working languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion for the pop culture/collectibles industry and alignment with the company's core values.

  • 结合业务部门的人员现状,参与组织架构设计与HC规划,通过多元化招聘渠道高效完成人员引进工作;
  • 深入理解业务逻辑与团队运作模式,推动人力资源战略在业务部门的有效落地,助力业务目标达成;
  • 负责业务团队的建设与优化,围绕员工成长路径制定人才培养方案,推动人才发展计划的有序实施;
  • 洞察组织与团队运行中的问题,运用专业的人力资源方法工具,提供涵盖招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等模块的综合解决方案,并推动落地执行;
  • 协同推进组织氛围与团队文化建设,支持公司在高速发展过程中文化的有效传承与落地

任职要求

  • 统招本科及以上学历,10年以上人力资源相关工作经验;
  • 具备零售行业相关HRBP经验者优先英语和泰语可作为工作语言,具备优秀的听说读写能力;
  • 对潮玩行业有热情,认同公司价值观
