Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Organization Chart
- Organizational & Job Design: Architected organizational structures and designed job frameworks to align with business objectives.
- Strategic Manpower Planning: Led comprehensive human resource planning and talent forecasting.
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Managed the full recruitment lifecycle (Selection & Staffing) for executive and corporate office levels, ensuring seamless hiring and placement processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Learning and Development with international companies.
