Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (20%)

Manage recruitment, induction, relocation, and background checks.

2. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits (15%)

Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance with laws and school policies.

3. HR Policy, Administration & Compliance (15%)

Maintain HR records, enforce policies, and ensure legal and safeguarding compliance.

4. Staff Wellbeing & Engagement (15%)

Support wellbeing programs, activities, and a positive workplace culture.

5. Performance Management & Talent Development (15%)

Assist appraisals, training, professional development, and succession planning.

6. HR Reporting & Analytics (10%)

Prepare reports, monitor trends, and provide workforce insights for decision-making.

7. Strategic HR Support (10%)

Support workforce planning, talent management, and HR initiatives aligned with school goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years HR experience, ideally in international schools or multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, HR operations, performance management, policies, and compliance.
  • Experience with visas, work permits, cross-border employment, and safeguarding/child protection.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in English and Thai.
