Assist appraisals, training, professional development, and succession planning.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics (10%)
Prepare reports, monitor trends, and provide workforce insights for decision-making.
7. Strategic HR Support (10%)
Support workforce planning, talent management, and HR initiatives aligned with school goals.
