Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance with laws and school policies.
3. HR Policy, Administration & Compliance (15%)
Maintain HR records, enforce policies, and ensure legal and safeguarding compliance.
4. Staff Wellbeing & Engagement (15%)
Support wellbeing programs, activities, and a positive workplace culture.
5. Performance Management & Talent Development (15%)
Assist appraisals, training, professional development, and succession planning.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics (10%)
Prepare reports, monitor trends, and provide workforce insights for decision-making.
7. Strategic HR Support (10%)
Support workforce planning, talent management, and HR initiatives aligned with school goals.
