Job Description

Sub Region HRBP – Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia & PANZ (Pacific, Australia, New Zealand) | Based in Thailand

We are hiring on behalf of a client, a global leader in sustainable agriculture and crop protection solutions present in over 140 countries, for a Sub Region HRBP to lead the people agenda across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and the PANZ cluster.

This is a senior HR business partner role for someone who wants to be a true strategic advisor to sub region leadership, not just an HR operations lead, in a fast growing and culturally diverse part of Asia Pacific.

About the Role Reporting into the Regional HR Head, APAC, the Sub Region HRBP owns the full HR agenda for the cluster, spanning talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to the sub region leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as strategic HR partner to the business, aligning HR strategy with business goals and advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, transformation and workforce planning

• Own the talent and succession agenda, building leadership pipelines and strengthening succession plans across the cluster

• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, supporting change management and reinforcing values, inclusion and employer branding

• Ensure strong HR operations and compliance, managing labor law adherence, employee relations, investigations and policy governance across multiple countries

• Partner on rewards and workforce cost management, including compensation strategy, salary reviews and benefits competitiveness

• Drive hiring and workforce planning, overseeing recruitment strategy to meet current and future business needs

• Lead and develop the local HR team, building capability and a service oriented HR function

• Use HR analytics to track workforce metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

• 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility

• Proven experience leading HR for a large business unit, country or regional organization

• Strong experience partnering with senior executives and leading organizational transformation initiatives

• Experience in multinational, matrixed environments preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development and labor law compliance
