We are Payment Facilitator that provides online payment acceptance to leading international and Thai merchants at all sizes. We strive to make payment easy, convenient and secure to all.

Job Summary

Conduct the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of key HRD programs. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, ensuring that all initiatives related to employee training, career growth, culture, and HR technology

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Development (T&D)

  • Design and manage the annual training calendar and curriculum, including identifying training needs, sourcing external trainers, and developing internal programs.
  • Lead the delivery of key training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).

2. Career Development

  • Implement and oversee the company&aposs career development framework, including performance management, coaching, and mentorship programs.
  • Advise employees and managers on career pathing and development opportunities.
  • Manage talent pools and support succession planning initiatives.

3. Culture Fostering

  • Drive and lead the implementation of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze employee feedback from surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reinforces company values.

4. HRIS Implementation & Support

  • Lead the functional implementation of new HRIS modules or systems, serving as the subject matter expert.
  • Manage system configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and deliver training to employees and managers on how to effectively use the HRIS.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the HRIS to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRD, OD and Career Development .
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs and career development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and administration is a must.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in the payment gateway industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
