For an established multinational consumer goods organization with a strong national and international client network, we are seeking an HRD Manager to focus on corporate office talent strategy and execution. This role centers on building robust talent pipelines, succession plans, and development frameworks for white-collar staff, while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR standards.
The HRD Manager will lead internal talent reviews, performance calibrations, and competency mapping for office employees across key functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The position also includes responsibility for designing and delivering corporate learning and development initiatives, coordinating closely with global teams, and driving engagement through structured internal corporate events and culture programs.
What You Will Do
- Drive internal corporate talent reviews and performance calibrations to identify high-potential employees and maintain a structured HiPo pipeline for critical office roles.
- Build and maintain succession plans for critical business continuity positions across internal divisions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other key corporate functions.
- Map out clear competency frameworks and career progression paths for internal office staff, ensuring role clarity, capability expectations, and transparent advancement criteria.
- Plan, manage, and execute internal corporate events including town halls, employee recognition programs, and company-wide cultural activations to support engagement objectives.
- Leverage internal events and culture initiatives to reinforce the corporate employer brand and align employee behaviors with the organization's values and leadership expectations.
- Conduct formal training needs analysis for the corporate workforce, and roll out leadership development and functional skill programs aligned with identified gaps and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with global HR teams to adapt international talent management frameworks to the local corporate office context while retaining core standards.
Your Skills
- 7 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a clear focus on corporate talent management, succession planning, and organizational development for white-collar staff.
- Demonstrated background in a fast-paced multinational company or FMCG or matrixed corporate office environment handling complete white-collar employee lifecycles.
- Concrete experience designing and executing an internal corporate events, including town halls, culture activations, employee recognition galas, and engagement programs.
- Strong expertise as a talent architect in running corporate talent reviews, performance calibration frameworks, and mapping end-to-end competency frameworks for office employees.
- Advanced capability in conducting internal training needs analysis and designing and delivering leadership development programs specifically for corporate management tiers and supervisors.
- Experience working closely with global HR teams to adapt international talent frameworks while ensuring they remain relevant to the local corporate office context.
- Exceptional command of both Thai and English, written and spoken.
- High energy facilitation style and strong corporate storytelling capability to lead cultural shifts and engage employees during internal events and organization-wide communication sessions.
